I took the original CPA FAR exam on Feb 20th, I was on my last TBS question and the power went out. I waited for 3 hours and left and gave them my information and was told they would call me within 24 hours to update me on the situation. After 72 hours I went to where I took the test demanded a number to call because I was never contacted. I was told after a couple phone calls, (where the story changed a couple of times) that they had lost my test and that I would need to take the test again in Q2 but wouldn’t need to pay for it again. Fine, not ideal but ok. Then I was called back first week of March stating that I would need to take the test by March 10th. Insane, and incredibly unprofessional. I had no idea how incompetent the NASAB was.

Due to work issues I only had about 2 hours to take the test, I know I failed but I’m just trying to get my scores so I can reschedule for Q3 when FAR scores have been the highest for 6 straight years. I’m in a non- NASBA State, North Carolina. Based on what I have read on here for North Carolina the candidate ID is the jurisdiction ID but that isn’t working. Does anyone have any idea of what to do?

Not sure I understand what your issue is. The score release date for all Q2 is end of June, which is why I'm also putting off my own retake until June.

Or are you saying that you did take the test in March, and still haven't received the score?

Go to the NASBA website, Exams, CPA Exam, Get Scores.
Here you will have to make a NASBA login if you haven't already.
There is a thread on this site on how to do that, but I received an email with my jurisdiction id of 58563 (I am also in NC). There is a place where you have to put NC in as well (even though it is really unclear on what to do when registering).
Once you get into your portal, the first tab should be Score Release. If there are no scores there, it might be too late because the results to delete off of the portal after a certain time.
NC mails you a letter with your grade and if you passed or not. I just received mine in the mail last Friday (4/20) even though i was in the 3/6 score release bunch. That happened to be my congratulatory letter on my 4th part so I thought that might be why mine took so long to get mailed out, but since NC still uses snail mail instead of emailing you the results, that might be why you haven't gotten a letter yet. I would call the NC board since it has been around a month since score releases (if you took your exam by 3/10).

With the launch of the new NASBA Gateway in March, all Uniform CPA Exam candidates must have a NASBA Single Sign-On (SSO) account to reprint Notices to Schedule and to access Exam scores.
If you have not yet created your account, please visit the NASBA website, http://www.nasba.org, and set up your account.
When setting up your NASBA SSO, use the same name, date of birth, and email address you used when applying to take the Exam. You will also need the jurisdiction code and your jurisdiction Candidate ID.
For North Carolina candidates, the jurisdiction code is NC and your jurisdiction Candidate ID is the candidate number assigned to you by the Board. To request your candidate ID, please call 1-866-MY NASBA or contact Phyllis Elliott at phyllise@nccpaboard.gov.

You can get your score from the Gateway, but North Carolina does snail mail everything else.
