This isn't so long. I took one exam on Jan 11 and didn't get a score until around March 21. I hate waiting even a day but this would be EPIC if they get the scores out today.

I know. My husband may file for divorce if I don't receive a passing score today. To say I have been unpleasant would be an understatement.

This is my first exam, how do you get your scores back in the mail? Figures, that it's no where to be found on nasba website.

Usually NASBA sends out a twitter message just before 5pm saying they got the scores. Then they are posted on the website all night long (if they get the scores today) mine are not usually there when I go to sleep after midnight but are there when I wake up in the morning. Yours could show up between 6p-6a potentially.

@mla1169-are you saying scores won't be there until midnight today or tomorrow morning? i thought when they say score release Nov, 3rd they meant today.

When they say they released scores it's to the state board. The state board then posts them for you to see. This process is not the quickest in the world.

ok by popular demand, here is my synopsis of what happens IF scores are released today.

At around 4:30pm NASBA sends out a tweet saying they got scores. The activity on this website and on the NASBA website goes from 0 to 6,000,000.

The theory is that the score release goes by the first 3 digits of your NTS number. The first 3 digits of mine are 465. If the first 3 digits of yours are 412, then you'll get yours a LOT earlier than me. Everyone who posts they have their scores will give the first 3 of their NTS for reference.

So after the NASBA tweet you compulsively hit refresh or the F5 button on your computer. You try to eat dinner but frankly you couldn't care less. You TRY very hard to do something productive but lets face it, you can't think. You hit refresh, refresh, refresh and then whine here with me.

At about 10pm you turn to a glass of wine or a beer.

At about midnight you've worn an indent in your F5 button so you take your iphone and go to bed.

At about 3am you wake up and hit refresh on the iphone which is leaving imprints in your phone but still see the now disguisting “there are no scores to display for this section”.

At 6am as you are pondering calling in sick to work becuase of a hangover and lack of sleep, you begrudgingly hit refresh one more time and notice there are no red letters saying “there are no scores to display for this section” and nervously scroll down.

You can make out the outline of numbers but eyes won't focus on them and brain won't register but after a few seconds you will know your 3rd quarter fate.

    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!

IKB: I took an exam on 10/20 as well. I've been confused though… I've read that it's the 1-20th day of the window as the day the AICPA receives your exam results.

Do we know if they receive them the same day we take the test? I'm hoping against hope for a score today, but wanted to see if you had read something about that?
