I spoke with NASBA about your scores…you should have them.

E-mail cpaexam@nasba.org and they will check on them for you.

Send them you jurisdiction id & section id.

Remember: If you are on conditional status (i.e. they are waiting on your transcripts)…you won’t have them yet.

    Jeff,

Hey Jeff my name is Mike and I am new on the board. Been reading the post for the last few days trying to get info on exam scores. I am from TN and I called Nasba and they told me they do not release scores for the first window but wait until all scores are in from both testing windows, I hope she was wrong. I thought that was valuable information I would like to know before I scheduled an exam, I would wait until the last day of the testing window to test, waiting for scores is horrible. I took BEC and Audit and felt good when I left the testing center but now I am convinced I failed. The wait continues.

mike01. I emailed nasba as well based on your post. they said that is incorrect info.

    first response from them:
Apparently there has been some confusion.   Tennessee scores are available on-line at http://www.nasba.org  However,  not all candidates may be in the first wave of release and Candidates who tested pending completion of course work and/or degree conferral
will not be able to view scores online until additional education documents have been received and final approval granted.

response to my reply to the above:
Sorry!  The AICPA hasn't notified us that they are done with wave 1 yet – so you might get lucky & they'll send more tonite or tomorrow.
There's not really a cut off – it depends on when you sat, what items you saw, how many others tested on the same items, etc.
It's definitely not an exact science.   If you are bored and want to read all the exciting details of how the exam is scored & released – you can find
additional information at http://www.cpa-exam.org  You can also follow NASBA on Twitter or Facebook – we post when we receive scores there also.
