How many out there have hit this fantabulously sucky score?

I hit it 3 weeks ago on FAR, and caused me to lose credit for REG, when I could have been 100% complete with the exam this month.

In my entire academic career, with the exception of misinterpreting blue and red in kindergarten, this is the most heart breaking thing that’s happened to me.

I’m over my sulking now, and am pounding the books yet again … and getting in the mindset that I can still finish all of this in 2013.

I didn’t know if there was a topic on the forums regarding this nasty score, and a place to drown our sorrows. If not, bottoms up!

    B: 71, 73, 79
    A: 83
    R: 78 (expired), 77
    F: 74, 74, 80

    It's finally freaking over.

I've had 2 74's and they truly are the worst score to receive. 🙁

Had a 73 on AUD right before I started my Big4 job. No where near as bad as a 74 coupled with losing credit, but I was really hoping to skip the studying while working long hours

All done now though, way in the rear view, time for you to get back on the horse for a couple months and get this thing settled! (which it sounds like you're doing!)

    Ninja + Wiley Test Bank: [FAR - 81] [REG - 76] [BEC - 88] [AUD - 73](doh!)

Back in 2008 when I first started this process, we weren't lucky enough to receive our scores in a manner that is efficient as it is now (yes, I know we complain about having to wait for the release, but it used to be worse, and even worse before that). I had passed AUD and took REG as my second exam. I sat for my exam in October and could have been included in the scores that were released in November. At that time my state was not a NASBA state and scores were posted on the state's board's website. After stalking that and stalking the IL board's website (they used to post a wonderful PDF showing the percentage of scores they had received from the window) I determined my score was not going to be release in November. Then the December wave came around, after much stalking of this site, and the various board sites, still no score. It got to the point that according to the IL board only .5% of scores were outstanding. Then on Christmas Eve I checked my score, and there it was, the dreaded 74.

It was absolutely heartbreaking. That combined with being part of a huge layoff before busy season was even over was extremely discouraging and I took both FAR and BEC half-heartedly and didn't pass (though I did well for the lack of effort). It took me three years from the time I received that 74 to get my act together and try again. I truly regret waiting that long as I could have gotten all of the misery out of the way much sooner than I did.

How about 2 in a row on the 5th and 6th try (AUD)? Yeah, it was pretty awful! …but that 84 is why you never give up!

Definitely hit a 74 on REG. The feeling was indescribable.

    FAR: 50, 76!
REG: 74... (ouch baby, very ouch), 76!
    AUD: 65, 91!?
    BEC: 80! Aaaand doneskies!

    May 2012 to August 2013. Can't believe it's over.

Been there. Got a 74 on my second REG retake for what should have been my last exam. I was crushed to say the least. I swear that is the worst score you can get!

I got a 74 on my first FAR attempt. I don't think anything has hurt more than that. Unbelievably soul crushing. However after considering paying for a regrade for about a day, I realized I just needed to crack down and do tons of MCQs and give it another shot. Didn't improve my score that much, but I passed on attempt 2 and that's all that matters!

All the retakes started with that 74. 74, then a migraine during the first try of REG, then an expiration of AUD, then FAR is just hard. Crazy me, thinking I would be done by May.
