I have been averaging 84% on Wiley test bank and textbook questions (weak points sampling and IT) and 77% on the Gleim testbank, I have until Monday to decide if I want to change the exam to one week later

You are fine!!!! I was averaging high 70s and low 80s on the Gleim and Wiley tests and got an 87 on the real thing. Take the exam on the 30th and give it all you got! You're more than ready!!

If you are averaging anything less than 100% i think you should reschedule.

Haha to rolling your eyes. I think you're in good shape too Minimorty! You DOMINATED FAR and AUD is only half the battle! (I don't technically know that, haven't started AUD yet lol) But that's what it seems! You got this

    AUD 81 (X4) Previous scores 59, 72, 72
    REG 80 (X3) Previous scores 59, 60
    FAR 75 (X2) Previous score 67
    BEC 79 (X2) Previous score 58

I think the sarcasm was uncalled for. The OP is just a bit nervous, which is perfectly normal.

thank you cpaman, this is the third time he has given a sarcastic responce to one of my threads. I honestly don't know how to react without reducing myself to his level.. not to get off topic or start trolling but i felt the same way before FAR and it turned out well however without the experience as an auditor I came to the conclusion ill never feel truely comfortable with an extra week of studying or not.

Wait me!? I was just laughing because I totally understand how you want to score 100% on all of your MCQs before you go in to the test! Totally did not mean to offend you at all! Was just picturing you rolling your eyes like “yeah I want to reschedule if I'm not scoring 100” because that's how I felt. Sometimes it's hard to show your emotions through words. I totally apologize for stepping on anyone's toes, so sorry. I'm sorry if I've offended you in other threads as well, I don't mean to ever offend anyone on here.

@Peanut – You are funny. This has nothing to do with you.

@Mmilito – As long as you continue to start threads expecting us to soothe your insecurities, I will continue with my sarcastic responses. You have been on the board long enough to get a sense of what other people are scoring in practice and how it usually translates to the test score. You are averaging 84% on MCQs on Wiley. Were you expecting someone to respond “No, 84% isnt good enough, you need to be at 95%”? Please use some common sense.

This thread is funny, but I am not sure how helpful…

I say only you know when you are ready. I too keep pushing off my Audit exam and I really need to just commit to it…

    GOOD LUCK!

    BEC: 79 - April 2011
    FAR: 78 - May 2011
    AUD: 81 - May 2012
    REG: 79 - October 2012
    Ethics: Passed - March 2013
    I am finally DONE!

Depends what you want to score. If you just want to pass, looks like you're pretty ready. If you want to score really high and not “just” get in the upper 70s/mid 80s – push it off till you feel confident enough.

@Peanut: No, I didn't take any offense to your comments

@Minimorty: This is a forum for professionals, so the expectation is to act like a professional…If you want to act like a 6 year old, I suggest you go to a forum for children as the posts will better reflect the mentality and immaturity that you seem to possess. If you look at most of the posting on this forum, I am no different than most people who need advice to see when the timing is right and to assess how they are doing. If you do not have something constructive to say and add some substance to the conversation then may I ask to keep your opinion to yourself and stop adding negative and quite frankly worthless opinions to the posts.

My opinion was right on point. You asked a ridiculous question and I gave you a ridiculous response. When you posted your question, what response were you expecting to receive? I am truly curious. Did you expect anyone to tell you that you should postpone your exam date because you are only scoring 84 on your review questions? You have read enough posts to know that scoring in the 80s is right in line with all of the other people who have passed their sections. All I am saying is that if you used a little bit more common sense, perhaps you wouldn't feel the need to seek constant reassurance from the other posters on the forum.
