Alternating between bouts of nausea over the thought of failing REG, having wasted all of that time, and having to repeat all of that effort —- vs —- reading the hundreds of posts that tell me how they bombed the SIMS (which I think I did) and still managed to somehow make a great grade.

    Mostly just panicking. 😀

I've checked my score page a time or two already also….. just practicing for the real event. Olympic skijumpers don't just show up without first practicing….neither will I! 😀

@CPApending…here is another SIMS bombing experience for you…I think I made at least two wrong questions and not so sure about my research question…to make you (and me) feel better, I bombed my FAR SIMS (and MCQs) last time and ended up passing……this time, I feel a little bit better on the MCQs,but who knows…my faith is on the hands of God of pretest and Godess of curve…if she ever exists…

I just got back from Vegas. I left the day after my test. That was a GREAT timekiller! Now I need to take another trip until the 8th.

I'm trying to think of questions I got right. All I can think of are the ones that I didn't know or realized later that I blew.

    FAR -- 90
    AUD -- 95
    BEC -- 82
    REG -- 92

    DONE!

    REG 78
    BEC 80

@Kim4 I hate when I think I got something right, then go home look at notes and realize I put the wrong answer down. I'd rather just not know sometimes!

    @CPA-convertible…

I am certain that I did well enough on the MCQ's, they were no problem and SEEMED to get a little harder. I've thought through those SIMS 1,000 times and here's what I know:

    Research SIM 100%

The SIM that referenced some court decision I had never heard of, well I lucked up and did it right. I probably got 80+%.

One SIM I would say I got 60-70% right but it had lots of answers in it, so I am not sure how the points work.

One SIM I probably didn't get any points on.

The other two I would say I averaged 50% on maybe, I just don't know.

Part of me wants to relax and think–based on others' experiences–that I somehow squeeked by. The other part of me is crying inside just at the thought of failing. If you ever have seen the movie Mr. Brooks (GREAT Kevin Costner flick), that's pretty representative, except I am not killing anyone! 😀
