I took BEC on October 18th and I'm having the exact same problem with IL. The page shows no records found. I've emailed and called them but haven't heard anything back. Let me know if you hear anything back from them and I'll do the same. This is not fun.

If you don't mind me asking, who did you contact at the AICPA to confirm your results were received? I was looking at the website and did not see any contacts for this type of problem. I have the confirmation of attendance letter but it does not tell you what to do if your results are not received or posted.

I have not heard of this happening before, so I am at a loss for what to do or who to contact. If this has happened to anyone else or anyone has any information that may be useful, it would be greatly appreciated. This was my last test and it is making it very hard to relax on a Saturday night.

Also, congratulations to all those who passed. To everyone else, I know the feeling but you'll make it happen.

@bmcnerne – oh no! You poor thing! I emailed candidatecare@nasba.org (my apologies for saying the AICPA before, it is NASBA). The person who responded is Penny Vernon, and she literally responded within the hour when I sent my original message on the on the 21st. I wonder if it matters that both of our exams were on the 18th… ? I will totally keep you posted on any progress (and please do the same). But unfortunately I don't imagine we'll may any progress until Monday.

Also (and I hate to even ask this), is it possible you're on the BEC bubble? That would be better in some way because then your score isn't in the “black hole” like mine…

Did you by any chance take the test at the Prometric at 20 N. Clark?
