Guys CA is up. It says Advisory score next to mine at the bottom. On the top the table is empty. What does it mean?

I'm 99.99999% certain it's a CBA issue. I retweeted to them that NASBA stated that their not having any issues.

Someone at CBA probably kicked the power cord out on their way out of the office yesterday and now they're trying to figure how to manually execute the score release program.

I took FAR yesterday, 11/21/2013. First CPA exam I ever took so I am a bit unfamiliar with where to check my score, etc. How can I check my score?

I Googled score release and found a table that indicates scores will be released on 12/09/13 for this window, but coming here it seems that NINJA says it will be released 12/06/13. What is NINJA and when should I actually start checking for my score?
