    Guys CA is up. It says Advisory score next to mine at the bottom. On the top the table is empty. What does it mean?

    @cole testlets were :

    Testlet 1: medium

    Testlet 2: HARD (took about 45-55mins)

    Teslet 3: seemed really easy, although I don't think there's an “easy” ranking testlet.

    Essays were all difficult. Asked particular questions and I scrolled through all three to see if I could find one that I really knew, however, with my luck, there wasn't any. I started to panic and started to jot down ideas for each one thinking maybe some knowledge would come back to me. After about 20mins, I realized I only had another 20mins left and I panicked. Started to just fluff up the essays as best as I could in hopes of “partial” credit. Ended up getting kicked out because time was out.

    After the test ended, I was in absolute depression. I thought I 90% failed the exam. The difficulty of the second testlet along with my performance on the essays played a big role in that. I didn't know that it is actually a good sign that testlets get harder if you do well on the previous.

    With that said, you can bet that I was extremely excited when I saw that 78.

    After taking the exams, I can definitely tell you that you should feel good if you think you did bad and the testlets got considerably harder. If you think you did “OK” and the testlets seemed like they were all the same, that's a bad sign. I had that feeling when I took my audit exams and I ended up failing them.

    To add some scale value, I was never a good essay writer. I have scattered thoughts and can never concisely structure them into essay format. I was always the kid in high school that got the minimum grade to pass any essay examinations

    I ended up get “comparable” on my essay portion which came out of no where!!

    @ killabee. I just retook BEC last sunday. The difficulty level of my testlets were the same as you described. The second part was extremely hard. I had to stop and breathe slowly a couple of times. My essays were very easy though. I felt that way in the first exam too. The state board gave me a “strong” rating in this part the first time around, and I gave myself even more time for the essays on #2. I got a 74 on the first exam and I feel about the same as I did before. I think it will be close.

    @6silver you should be good. Second testlet for me was extremely hard so the third testlet seemed like a breeze. I'm pretty sure you got within the 80-85 range if you got a 74 the first time around . Good luck!
