AnonymousInactive@kels417: Good luck on your retake on Jan 2. I was in the same boat and I feel your pain. I just passed FAR on the last day of the exam window on the same day AUD was going to expire. IT CAN BE DONE AND YOU CAN DO IT!!! Do NOT let this mess with your head. Yes, it is an important deadline but it is just another exam day. Don't let the fact that AUD will expire swim around in your head and effect your studies. You have passed three extremely hard exams and you will pass FAR!!
Do you have NINJA notes? If not, get them and LIVE them for the next few weeks. Write all your fact nuggets in the margins, re-write them as many times as you can and re-read them every night before you turn out the light.
You have the base knowledge. Now, take it back to basics and review every module like it is the first time you've seen it. Study Government, Not for Profit and IFRS, bonds, EPS, pensions…the whole works.
You got this and I will be watching for your passing score! Get busy! =)

kels417Member@BaxterCPA – thanks! Yes, I have ninja notes and have about half of them re-written. I got burned out on writing them last time, so i read them instead. I took my own notes while going through the first time and wrote fact nuggets in them as i went through a second time.
The change I'm making to my study program this time around is to reread each chapter and then do a progress test consisting of 20 MCQ in Becker, then do 20 MCQ in WTB, and then do 2 study units in Gleim (25 questions each). I have found that gleim has the most challening questions, so I am hoping to learn the most from there. Also continuing flashcards every chance i get (rewrote some of the ninja flashcards this morning in my down time at work) and as many simulations as I can stand in the final week of review. I won't know my weak areas until after I take my exam (i'm guessing), so I'm restudying everything. Thankfully I remember a lot still and just need a refresher and to nail down the few topics i struggle with (Bonds, EPS/Stockholder's equity, Leases, and DTA/L).

ginarMember@kels417 – the only thing I would suggest is the Ninja Audio for FAR. The audio is easy to fit into your schedule – I would listen to it during my commute. I really could remember hearing Jeff's voice from the audio when trying to answer questions on the exam. It's really a good supplement to the materials.

kels417Member@ginar – thanks for the suggestion. I'm pretty much maxed out with funds for this exam, so I probably won't be able to purchase it. I am more of a visual learner too, so I'm not sure it would be the most helpful for me. I wish the thanksgiving deal was still going on! I didn't know I would need more materials at that point or I may have purchased it then. Thanks for your input though. I appreciate it! I am definitely going to rewatch the becker lectures on the chapters that I struggle with.
