Trying something new and devoting a thread to non-NASBA states so that candidates don’t have to sift through NASBA posts to find fellow sufferers.

73 FAR hurts so much after studying 260 hours Yaeger Review course, Yaeger Cram, Ninja notes and Audio still could not get it done- 🙁 I do not know what else I could have done differently

@dale I got the exact same score on FAR after studying 3 full months this past summer, not working or anything. As I restudied, I found my problem the first round was that I spent too much time studying one thing, and would forget things I had studied before. I think I spaced it out too much, so by the time I went to review, none of it was really fresh. After I started work in the fall, I committed to studying in every ounce of free time I had and retook FAR after 3 or 4 weeks…84. Then I gave myself about 4 more weeks to study both BEC and AUD, and it's gone a lot smoother. The further you get into the CPA exam, the more you'll start to figure out your own study habits (I've found they're completely different than any habits I've had before) and what works for you.

Just take a breather, relax for a day or two, study a few weeks, and retake sometime in January…I bet you anything you'll knock it out of the park next time!
