I used the Roger review course and did TONS of HW through wiley. This was the first time I ever was comparable in the simulations, and am afraid I won't get as easy questions the next time around. I will keep pushing, but this is no doubt frustrating.

Don't ever give up! You only truly fail the exam when you give up on it.

So what I would recommend, only b/c I did it and it worked for me, is to consider the NINJA notes and the NINJA audio. Read and re-write those notes and listen to that audio all the flipping time. I used the WTB, just for MCQs. I probably did a total of 100. The rest of my studying was all Becker. I watched almost all the lectures and did about 1,500 MCQs. My friend told me quality over quantity when it comes to FAR. So really try to understand why you got something right and why you got it wrong. You don't necessarily need to get to all of the sections, but REALLY understand the sections you do. I got a 77 this past time out and b/c I was so strong in my MCQs, it pushed me to the passing score. You can do this!!

@CPAHOPEFUL – I have a 72 and a 74 on FAR. I also use Roger. I added the NINJA notes at the last minute before my last exam, like 3 days before… Of course that was not “enough” time but I feel like they really helped me get a good overview of the material and they make the audio click better for me. I guess I'm a visual learner? I don't have a passing score on it yet, but I'm feeling pretty confident that I'll get it this next time. And of course MCQ and reading and taking notes on the wrong answers especially. I also try to do the JE's for a lot of the questions even if it isn't necessary to get the answer.

    FAR - 7/13 - 72, 11/13- 74, 2/14- 82!!! Best score ever (for me)!!!
BEC - 1/14 - 75!!! Perfect score! First Pass! YAY!!!
    AUD - 8/14 - 80!!!
    REG - 5/14 - 72, 10/14 - 66, 1/15 - 78 - DONE FOREVER!!!
I did 5 of the UNA and CPAExcel classes to earn units.

I think I will give it one more shot doing it the way i have been doing it, but if i fail again, I will try out the ninja notes. I'm right there, just have to get over the hump. Thanks for the advice!

Well I guess I can take comfort in the fact that in the old days you just had a window of when to expect notification by mail on your scores…. Although it would be nice to join the other 48 states that have there scores… Anyhow- Here is some positive energy for the OAB ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++. Hopefully that will help with a smooth release since they have the data now!!!!

Just one last thing, I was stubborn about changing how I was studying for BEC (took me 4 times to finally pass). When I passed, that was when I finally gave in to the NINJA notes. If you expect different results, you gotta change how you get there.
