g.rosenMemberI noticed that no one seemed to be posting anything for the last couple hours. Then I realized I was refreshing page 7 <face palm>. I moved to page 8 and saw advisory scores were released. I couldn't believe it. I expected the scores in the morning. I checked and I passed. I'm still at work and let out a few f* yeah's. Typed out a few e-mails and text messages and I'm still a little shaky. I'm so freakin' happy right now.
Congrats to all you Cali folks that made it happen (i.e. down to the wire and passed your last one) and I am so sorry for those of you that didn't. There was so much pressure in this testing window for us.

AnonymousInactive@Fayas I've been using Becker to study. I found it especially helpful to answer the MCQ for each topic within a chapter as soon as I view the video for that lecture. But the real key is no matter when you do them, you need to do tons of MCQ. I have a friend that didnt view any lectures and only did MCQ and she passed 3 out of 4 parts of the CPA. I def don't recommend that but it shows you the importance of practicing as much as possible.

misdabMemberCongratulations to everyone who passed.
I scored a 68. Disappointed but not devastated I looked at the analysis of my score and it is what I thought, was weak on the SIM, I only did 2. I now know I must aim to leave at least an hour for SIM, can't pass without at least attempting most of them.
Dusting off my books and will begin again, more wisely.

This test is so unpredictable. Your loss could just have easily happened to me or any of us. The hardest part of this process is the exams and you have already passed 75% of them. Don't give up. You will BE a CPA, and you are almost there brother. Take care.
AUD: 94 (Nov. 2013)
FAR: 76 (Oct. 2013)
BEC: 79 (Nov. 2012)
REG: 84 (Dec. 2013) It's Mile 26.2, and we finished. Blood, sweat and tears, passion, perseverance, and never giving up, we did it!California Candidate

FkParticipant@cpadrone2, I practice a lot I was getting around 85% to 90% .The exam was hard for me because most of the questions came from Public Company Perspective Whether it is Internal Control , Reporting and Professional Responsibilities .Our books have limited coverage on the Above topics they are mostly covering non public Company.

sonygal57MemberI checked my Aud score tonight and I passed! I wan't sure if I should check it because so many people have said they didn't have their scores yet but mine was there! Took the exam 12-5 in AZ….so hopefully that helps others who aren't sure if they should check or not! Yay 3 for 3 so far!
