Can any of you with prior experience advise if we've ever seen this scenario, where it started back up on Saturday?
Seems like 3 things could happen, depending on their IT setup.
1) On-call DBA comes in, troubleshoots problem, then gets the ball rolling again
2) Servers auto reboot at some point overnight, and the process auto re-starts itself.
3) This company has a small IT dept, which works m-f 8-5… so solutions aren't coming unless #2 is in play.
You guys who have been through this before, should be able to see a pattern.
