    There has been a lot of talk about whether or not how you feel leaving the test center provides any indication of the score you actually receive once scores are released. I think it would be interesting to have everybody guess what score they got based on how they felt leaving the test center. In three weeks, we can look back to this post and see if there is any correlation between how you felt you did and the actual score you received.

    I’ll go first.

    Aud – 78

    REG – 83

    @CPAawl, Good for you! It does feel great, doesn't it? Having a clean house is wonderful! It drove me nuts not to be able to keep my place up for months, but I had to prioritize.

    AUD - 95, BEC - 85
    REG - 85, Rawrrrrrr FAR - 88

    Cleaning seems to be the thing to do after an exam. That was the first thing I did the weekend following each exam since chores fell off my plate during my studies. Now that I've thrown myself into studying for AUD to keep myself busy while I wait for FAR & BEC scores, my room is already showing signs of a distressed soul.

    I can't wait til next testing window for quicker score releases!

    FAR 88 (07/15/11)
    BEC 83 (08/31/11)
    AUD 81 (10/15/11)
    REG 83 (11/26/11)

    REG – 64 (I hope I am wrong!)

    REG – 66

    I also felt that about FAR (actually I felt about a 40% with it) and got a 78%. But I do feel the worst about this test. I literally sobbed as soon as they signed me out and all the way home and then for about another 2 hours that day. And then some the next 2 days. Then I got over it and went to DragonCon.

    AUD - 83
    FAR - 78
    BEC - 76
    REG - 86 PTL!!!!!

    Used CPAExcel & Wiley testbank (awesome by the way)

    Weird. My prediction was a 60. But I had a dream the other day that I got a 76. Oh boy, let's hope my dream is correct!! Somehow, I can't help but doubt it.

    I am guessing 85 for AUD. If everyone was honest about how they did their sims, then I don't see why I can't score it.

    BEC 86 (expires Sept'11)
    FAR 85
    REG 87
    AUD 8/27 - waiting

    I'll give it a shot:

    FAR = 75

    AUD = 69

    Definitely felt better about FAR than with AUD–I noticed a severe drop in difficulty of MCQs for AUD, and I'm sure I failed miserably on the SIMS.

    FAR on the other hand… still felt like crap, but I think I pulled off a passing grade.

    Is it sad that I feel more confident about FAR than with AUD?

    FAR 81 - 7/15/2011
    AUD 88 - 08/17/2011
    REG 82 - 10/01/2011
    BEC 87 - 11/05/2011

    AUD was harder for me than REG and FAR. I dont know why.

    I'm trying to not think about score release because I need to focus on BEC. Some days I think I passed REG because I'm trying to be positive, but in reality I am not that optimistic. I'll go with:

    REG 72

    FAR 82
    AUD 81 (2007), 73, 80
    REG 68 (2010), 76
    BEC 58 (2007), 75 DONE!!!!

    @minimorty,

    I am in complete agreement with you. Audit was the hardest for me. I couldn't get my brain to wrap around it. At first glance it seemed it would be easy, but there are so many layers, that it was very tricky for me.

    I am crossing my fingers on this one..

    @Yankee – I'm partially worried because the curve won't be as forgiving. People seem to do better on audit. I majored in Econ, so I was seeing the audit stuff for the first time. Not fun.

    I feel AUD is deceiving. AUD can feel somewhat easy even when you're getting a lot of stuff wrong. it's very easy to get so tricked up on details on all its purely word questions (no calculations). Very often you solve an MC by reading very carefully and by process of elimination.

    In contrast, with FAR or REG, you can at least get a decent gauge as to how well/poorly you're doing because you find the answer first by doing some calcs on your light-blue scratch paper and then looking up to see if the answer is one of the choices listed.
