Does anyone just log into CPA Central to check their score? It doesn’t seem to crash like the NASBA score checking site. Both give the same amount of anxiety after you hit enter or click go or whatever.

I usually use the CPA Central site instead of the advisory score thing. I remember for the final Q1 score release though it wouldn't load. Probably because of how many people took a March 10th exam. This was happening around 8am that day, hours after the score release. At that point I was so ready to know my score I used the advisory score link and it didn't crash then. Not sure if CPA Central is better around the 1am release though.

In the past I have just logged onto CPA Central and looked at my home page where it shows all of my tests. Will that update as quickly as the score advisory?

My first exam, I thought CPA central was the only way to check. I woke up and checked before work with no issues. For my other exams, I tried checking CPA central around 1 AM when scores released and it wouldn't load.

It's where I go to apply for an NTS for each exam and it lists all my current scores for each section. I thought it was what everyone used.

I guess all states are different. To apply for a NTS, we have to apply directly to our state board. We can check scores using the NASBA score release page, otherwise our board emails and mails us out score info.

For my first two exams there was a pretty big delay in the score showing up on cpa central.

TBone someone is saying just 1 minute before you refresh your browser and it will not crash for you.

Just wait, CPA Central is gonna freeze big-time like it did upon the last Q1 score release. NASBA was the only way I could get my score that time for like two days!
Q2 release is going to be madness…
