Is anyone else struggling with the UCC chapters for Reg? I for the life of my cannot wrap my hands around these chapters. They read like gibberish to me and I am getting very over whelmed as I approach my exam date!

Luckily for us, only TAX is tested in the SIMS. Instead of reading the UCC, WRITE down important points and try to memorize it. Purchase Jeff's note if you have the money for it. GL

I don't think so. I know in the yaeger home study that business law is fair game and I remember Jeff saying that too.
