Hey Guys, I got a 67 on REG Today. I passed BEC and AUD and Have one year to pass FAR and REG. I used Becker this time around but felt I had forgotten chapters 2-4 when I took the test, and I could have used another 2-3 weeks of study. Any suggestions. Should I use Becker again, should I supplement with Wily Test bank. Is 6 weeks enough time to restudy and take the test in early January. is 6 weeks to much time? Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

AUD 2x 80 expires 10.31.15
REG 2x 86 expires 2.28.16
FAR... 7-15 .. 48* .. 77

That's absolutely enough time. I took about 5 weeks to re-study for REG after getting a 62. I would suggest reviewing the material (especially tax) over again, and if you have multiple choice access, mostly use that. Otherwise maybe rent Jeff's MCQ for a month for much cheaper. Good luck!

hi jay – sorry for the time and effort you put into this exam – you most likely sacrificed doing many other activities which hurts the most!

i am in a similar situation as you are i just failed it for the 5th time…so take my advice with a grain of salt…

i would recommend using the Becker materials again this time around to save money…when you go through it this time really try to understand why you are getting questions correct & why the other choices are incorrect..i have memorized every question in that Becker book so if you (or anyone else) are having trouble i will be able to walk you through it if you want ….if the worst happens next time around i would consider different study materials if you are memorizing everything like i did

whats with reg this time. alot of people are failing reg with 67 or 62 including myself 🙁 i am already half way through far and now i know i fail reg. it mess up my study ughhhh

David, not picking on you – just a question, if you know the Becker material for reg inside out then what happend this time?

Memorizing does not equal understanding. I memorized most of the Ninja MCQ for REG during my first round, but that didn't help me at all on the SIMS. I didn't know how to apply those memorized questions. I am focusing more on application than memorization this time. That's probably what happened to David to.
