I took this exam in April and this was my first cpa exam.  I totally thought I failed and was really upset afterwards.  I finished the multiple choice and felt OKAY but not great on them.  I was shocked by the length of some of the task based simulations.  I felt Becker didn’t prepare me enough on them nor did I do enough review to do well on them.  I only finished 2 of the 6 simulations (one of them i completed was the research question which i guessed on since I didn’t have any time left.).  I was certain I failed because I didn’t finish half of the simulations.  I passed with a 79.  There is hope!!!!!  Also, make sure you don’t spend too much time on the multiple choice because some of the simulations are WAYYY longer than the becker simulations in the practice exams.

cabarach: I felt the exact same way about the multiple choice. I only had 40 minutes to do my simulations and I didn't finish 1 and rushed through 2 of them. I bet you were shocked when you saw that passing grade! Congrats. ( How do you even go about guessing on the research tab!)

My best advice to everyone else taking it in 2011 is leave enough time for the simulations because many of them take way more time due to simple calculations. 3 hours felt very short!
