Hey @Maddie P,
Yes i just got licensed in the State of Michigan, literally like a week ago (my license arrived in the mail yesterday).
So when you pass your fourth and final exam, whichever quarter that happens in, the first month of the following quarter is when the state receives your scores. I would go to the LARA website and initiate an online application, pay the fee and request copies of all your official transcripts from your universities. If you sent NASBA all your transcripts that hit your 150, you may not need to do that. NASBA sends the State the transcripts that you sent NASBA. I needed to send more information because I only had a bachelors degree (120 Credits) when I sat for and passed the 4 exams. I requested all my official transcripts to come to me, they arrived in sealed envelopes which i subsequently mailed to the State of Michigan with my verification of experience letter. That letter is like an application, you can get it from the states website, I think its application LAC 020. Technically this is the manual CPA license application that you will have already done online, but page 2 of the application is the verification of experience. I had my boss CPA fill it out, sign it and i mailed it in with my transcripts.
If you at least do the online application, and wait, eventually the state of michigan will mail you a letter saying “Incomplete Application” with instructions on what you still need to do.
I mailed all my incomplete information (transcripts and experience verification) in on a thursday, and i monitored my online application checklist which shows the different requirements are complete or incomplete, and the following tuesday everything went into completed status, and my license was active. They are very fast about processing stuff when they get your scores and you do the online application.
I hope this helps!!
