I feel like those of us waiting on Q2 BEC scores need our own thread because we’re in our own special little club. πŸ™‚

So do you think we will actually have to wait until the 22nd, or any chance they may be released on the 17th with everyone else? I’ve been hearing mixed reviews from people (although no one really knows for sure obviously). Are you going to be checking tomorrow night/Thursday morning with everyone else, or wait?

@chasinCPA I have been seeing all the posts on the Oklahoma thread. I can't believe they are taking that long when all the other states finally got theirs up. Hopefully they will figure out what caused the glitch by the time they release BEC scores. That has got to be so frustrating! πŸ™

Does anybody check the score everyday “in case” they post the scores early? πŸ™‚

Lol yes! Guilty! I have been checking every time I think about it!

These scores needed to drop yesterday. How in the world does it take five extra days “statistically validate candidate responses”? Shouldn't they have done so…I don't know… seven weeks ago which would have been an entire month after the close of the testing window.

I'm most nervous about this exam, not only because I felt like it was the hardest test of my life, but I'll have no time to make it up in this testing window. Shame on you NASBA.

woke up yesterday at midnight from a nightmare of failing the exam with a 66 score.
First time to have staff like this.
Anyone here having the same problem?

    AUD - 71, 73, 87
    BEC - N/A
    FAR - 54, 73
    REG - N/A

    NINJA MCQ ROCKS!!!!

I second that these scores should have been disclosed yesterday. They had over 100 days to get their act together. The writing portion is computerized anyway if I'm not mistaken.

My understanding of the writing section is the same: computerized. At least that's what Roger CPA told me.

It's computerized for sure, but it's “evaluated” further if you're on the bubble.

Like, I know I'm not on the bubble (heck, I wrote three sentences on my last WC), either I failed as expected, or by some Miracle on Ice on 34th street I passed with like an 84. I think it would've been best to post the definitive fails and definitive passes yesterday while doing the normal procedures for those on the bubble.

@turosandwic….. Why do you feel that you failed Bec? You sound like someone who would pass every section by first attemp though ( especially looking at your passing score for Far)

@wanttochange: I went all out for FAR. Studied 2 months for it during the height of busy season. I didn't put in as much work for BEC, simply from being burned out when I took it at the end of May. Additionally, when I took the exam, it felt like most questions were in a foreign language. I just wasn't prepared enough. So if I fail, I know why I did. I just wish that the scores would be released already so I could plan my attack one way or the other.

I can't take the wait any longer. I did ok most of the summer but am starting to lose it. πŸ™‚ I need a pass or I am in a boat of having to fight to have my FAR credit extended (expires “7/31”). This is so insane.

@loraine41, I feel the same way as you. I have l already passed the first 3 sections and BEC is my last one. I have tried to enjoy my summer most of the time, but this darn exam score uncertainty creeps in. To make matters worse, I HATE my current job, but don't want to look for a new one until I find out my score. If I have to retake BEC, I will need time, so I don't want to be starting a new job and have to study. I just am trying to get through the next few days.
Someone in another post was able to apply for an extension for expiring credit in CA. If CA grants it, then I bet other states will to.

    Hope that you passed!!!!

I am taking REG on Monday, which is good and bad. At least I have a distractor until the BEC score release, but thoughts of doubt keep on creeping in my head. I scored a 74 last time on BEC and I thought I had passed for sure. So I honestly do not know what score to expect this time around. Unfortunately, I had to guess a lot on MCQ due to a ton of random IT questions, but I felt I did okay on the sims. Guess we will see on Tuesday!
