I feel like those of us waiting on Q2 BEC scores need our own thread because we’re in our own special little club. 🙂

So do you think we will actually have to wait until the 22nd, or any chance they may be released on the 17th with everyone else? I’ve been hearing mixed reviews from people (although no one really knows for sure obviously). Are you going to be checking tomorrow night/Thursday morning with everyone else, or wait?

@clark, such a great improvement! What was your strategy? Which course did you use? I got 72 in March and 73 in May. Had lot of IT and COSO questions which are my weakest parts.

Any scores released for Texas just yet?
I checked but it says “Score Not Found” still.

I'm impressed by people who remember what was more heavily tested on the Q2 exam. I must have had a large memory dump sometime in June/July; I barely remember being at Prometric

@ladyjuliebug I am in Texas and I got mine through NASBA. It's not updated on the TX state board site yet though.

Hmm I'm on the NASBA website as well (myscores.nasba.org) At what point should I be worried and start making phone calls?

UGH! I'm an idiot. I tested July 5th. I don't know how I thought that I was in the Q2 testing window. All this stress to just have to wait another month!

Im in Kentucky, and the scores for BEC are up.

I passed with an 87. I earned my CMA while finishing up undergrad, which was about 7 months before taking BEC. Truth be told, I started preparing two weeks before the exam, but i had focused on COSO & SOX related items (first two modules of BECKER) probably a month in advance-for about 10 hours. I am not sure how well my CMA experience dictated my BEC exam, but BEC is a very condensed version of it, with greater SOX, and now technology, emphasis.

In the two weeks leading up, I only focused on Technology really. After seeing that the exams questions have different weights based on difficulty, i think it was a good bet to perfect the Technology understanding, since its a difficult component.

Just wanted to share my experience, ALSO HOW DO YOU GET THE SIGNATURE UNDER EACH POST? I see this is where members are posting their exam scores.

    Thanks

Idk about the new BEC exam. I originally sat in March (during busy season) using Wiley, averaged between 65 and 75 on practice questions. I pulled a 73. I re registered right away to sit in May and geared up with Wiley and Roger. I got my practice question average up to between 80 and 90. I also never got below an 80 on the TBSs. I just saw my 68 for the May exam. I'm feeling pretty shafted. I don't know if I even wanna take another shot… I'd have to contact MNCPA to get an extension to not lose FAR. FML…feeling pretty deflated.

    FAR 67, 76
    AUD 73, 75
    REG 67, 82
    BEC 73, 68!!!! Wtf 😢
