I was talking to a nurse the other day and she mentioned that on the exam that they take (NCLEX), they can pay X-amount and get “unofficial” results within two business days.

That got me thinking, could that work with the CPA exam? Would it only be certain sections? How much would we be willing to pay?

I for one would be willing to pay for my results to come quicker. Probably a good amount. What are your thoughts?

Well I think we pay enough but I guess it would take away the stress and anxiety of waiting. When I took my securities exam the exam shuts off when you pass (No More Questions). I kinda want it to happen with the CPA exam, but I guess if then those that get 99's wont get the smart award.

No payment would come from me, hehe. Fees are bad enough, I can wait, no biggie although it is greatly annoying.

I don't want to be “that person” but the scores come so much faster than when I started 2 years ago! I sat for AUD on 1/5/11 and didn't get my score until 3/15/11. That was an eternity (and, at the time I was reminded how much faster that was than in the paper and pencil days I think they waited 4-5 months then?)

Will never be fast enough until you get the score before you leave Prometric.

Getting the score before I leave Prometric would be fast enough! And I would be willing to pay a good amount of money for it!
