When I think of the “sacrifices” I’ve made for this exam, the perspective of 9/11 really makes it pale in comparison. If anybody here was directly affected by it, please know you are in the hearts & minds of an entire nation, actually the entire world. I couldn’t be more proud to be an American today. 🙂

Good post…I think people too easily forget the sacrifices people made during 9/11. So many first responders lost their lives and left their children fatherless, it rips my heart out to think about it. I have to get on a plane today for work and somebody asked me, “are you scared to fly on sept 11”? I said, “HELL NO! That's what the terrorists want…to facilitate a fearful environment and cripple our economy”. If people are scared to fly, then the terrorists win…I can tell you that no warm blooded American is going to let a bunch of terrorist @ssholes take over another commercial plane. There's a reason this is the greatest country in the world, and NOBODY can paralyze the spirit that this country was founded on. Go to hell, Al-Qaeda; while you're there, tell your boy Bin Laden that I wish it was me who put a bullet through his skull.

    God Bless America.

It still breaks my heart every time I see the pictures of the towers burning, the victims' names, and the sadness in so many faces.
