Cathnstella- What is the expiration date on the NTS? Is it a duplicate of a prior one that has been sent to you? Or a new one? And if new, for which sections?
I thought it was just the first window that was going to be screwed up. Dang it, that means I am going to have to wait for ALL of my scores to be released during the last month of the window. That means that July and August will be agonizing (assuming I pass my first three parts) because I won't find out my final score until the end of September. 🙁 Boo.
When the scores are released TSBPA will normally upload the scores within 24 hrs. Go to TSBPA and logon and you will be able to get the score and performance report. The scores get updated at night – so try around 6 am the following day.
@Spectrum – it appears to be a duplicate of the one I received in December to register for REG. So I guess that makes me feel somewhat better. But still, very strange. I'm thinking of all sorts of implausible/terrible scenarios in my head of what may have made that happen so I might need to call NASBA tomorrow to see if they know anything. Just wanted to check if anyone else had that happen to them.
Hate-the-process – I sat for 4 exams last window in Texas. The scores would be released late one afternoon, and Texas would have the scores published two business mornings later. They upload sometime between 12am and 4am.
For example: If the score was released on Thursday, they would be available on the TSBPA website after 4am on the following Monday. They do not upload scores on Saturday mornings (I know CA does, but TX does not).
You have miss-intrepreted how Murphys law works. You talked about the snow storm, and power loss. Well, the way it you should have intreprted it is that the scores were supposed to come out this week, but, because of the loss of power, and the AICPA servers are conviently located where the worst weather is, they will be delayed until the 31st.
