Has the AICPA/NASBA confirmed anything besides not having a date of release?
Paper Exam May 2002; AUD 62, LPR, 63, FAR 49, ARE 70
Paper Exam Nov 2003; AUD 72, LPR, 72, FAR 67, ARE 71
CBT 2010; AUD 83 FAR 76 BEC 78 REG 73,(2/28/11 NTS # 446) 75 and DONE!
So…if the scores are based on a weighted average like everybody says they are would that mean each state has their own weighted average or a 50-state weighted average??
I realized that the Illinois state board just edited their message to: “NASBA has advised the Illinois Board of Examiners that scores for the first quarter of 2011 should be released soon. Scores will be posted as we receive them. Please do not call the Board office asking about exam scores.”
Something fishy is going on, I have a feeling that the scores will be released next week but the AICPA doesn't want to release the date because the network traffic would cripple the states' websites.
here's to hoping for early next week…or even the weekend. I would take back 43% of the bad things I've said and thought about them if they worked late tonight and all day Saturday for a late Sat or Sun release. It would show they at least understand they're messing up and made a real effort to make up for it.
The AICPA and NASBA might as well move their headquarters to Nevada. They will have their office underground, inside Area 51. Then, they will keep their hidden secrets about the CPA exam, forever. Even Area 51 has less secrets than the AICPA and NASBA. Maybe when they read this post will contact the government, as they probably liked my idea……………………..
Illinois Board of Examiners has the following on their website:
“NASBA has advised the Illinois Board of Examiners that scores for the first quarter of 2011 should be released soon. Scores will be posted as we receive them. Please do not call the Board office asking about exam scores.”
Where were you guys seeing 21st-25th? (unless they edited it…?)
