LMAO at the person who referred to NASBA as NAMBLA. Must be a South Park fan.

I know. Just unfortunately did not work in my favor. But whoever it works for, more power to them.

i'm wondering if anyone has found email addresses for nasba/aicpa/board members.

In my opinion, this whole process is very political, and i think it would be beneficial to email these sites directly and explain a legitimate business case about the process as it's happening.

I passed my first part on 11/24/2010, therefore i have until about May 2010 to pass the other 3 parts. With these windows the way they are, I took my 2nd part of my test on 1/7/2011 and have now burned through almost 4 full months of my possible 18 month window. It's just not enough time – if you fail one part, you're screwed.

I want to email these people directly and just explain to them why this is extremely pressuring. They're real people – i'm sure they talk about this stuff in their meetings and if enough of us can email them, they might understand the point. Posting whiney things on their facebook walls isn't going to get us anywhere, as i'm sure that is monitored by some intern. Ughhh tax season goes so slow in waiting for scores.

    B: 11/09 55; 01/10 68; 8/10 54; 4/11 68; 8/11 PASSED
    A: 07/10 74; 10/10 73; 5/11 65; 7/18 PASSED
    R: 11/10 PASSED
    F: 10/09 64; 05/10 73; 8/10 73; 1/11 PASSED

74really, the article i read said thats part of the reason pass rates are so low. People try to save bucks by not taking a review. Majority of people fail of they dont use review program. I almost tried it and decided it was way to much info to do it with out 1

    FAR-81
    BEC-84
    AUD-91
    REG-89

Yeah, I didn't do it to save money, just working full time (double that during tax season), spare time was an issue. But it is what it is, I learned my lesson. Hopefully nailed BEC in Feb, and on to finish FAR and AUD by summer.. Fingers crossed.

REG 81.. BEC 75 (close one) AUD 63,73.. FAR 67,74..

“It's also worth mentioning that the only official score release information will come from NASBA – neither the AICPA nor NASBA acknowledge any other source claiming to know when scores are being released. “- Nasba

Really? Really? The only official score release info will come from NASBA. When? Weeks after scores are released? Because the last week of March is not official information. I think everyone know that scores would be released by the last week of march from the initial information given to candidates when they said scores would be released all at once at the end of the window. Isn't the last week of march = the end of the window?

At least Jeff is giving us information, whether it is official or not. At least he didn't just tell us something we already knew. Jeff gives us hope whether his predictions are accurate or not.

    Paper Exam May 2002; AUD 62, LPR, 63, FAR 49, ARE 70
    Paper Exam Nov 2003; AUD 72, LPR, 72, FAR 67, ARE 71
    CBT 2010; AUD 83 FAR 76 BEC 78 REG 73,(2/28/11 NTS # 446) 75 and DONE!

I have only recently passed one section of the exam and therefore not near the end of the 18 month window and I am extremely frustrated with this score release. I cannot imagine what people are going through if they are near the end of their window or this is their last section. I am raising my glass wishing all of us the best of luck when the scores finally do come out.

Aicpa = completely disrespectful of peoples time. This old profession doesn't want change with the times. I think we've seen that things do change and you cant ignore your clients forever.

I hope this complaining will at least benefit future candidates. I hope they are reading this.
