Just like the AICPA is specific as to when you can take your exams, when the window expires, and exactly how much time you have to take each exam, they should also be held to the same standards. They should have a target date set for score releases, and if they can't meet it, they should give an estimated date of release and the reason for the delay. They take pictures, fingerprint, videotape, dna sample, etc…. They make us jump through hoops, however, they make no promises, therefore they cannot be held accountable. Both parties should be held accountable, this should definitely not be a one way street, since we have to meet certain standards to even sit for the exam…
