    I keep doing the loophole and getting the “all tests currently in progress.” Does that mean anything at all? I am not putting much weight on it

    How do you know if a State is a NASBA state?

    What about Illinois?

    So if Illinois is a non-Nasba state and for the Ohio loophole to work you have to belong to a Nasba state then the loophole will not work for me 🙁
