I still am shooting for TODAY! It is a Wednesday and they have almost ALWAYS started releasing on Wednesday!!

Jeff will update us soon. And I don't buy any of that crap about the end of the month. They just want us to leave them alone. They say it EVERY release.

Lindsay, why do you feel the 2010 version of the test was easier? I took if for the first time in january. Had lots of short questions about main topics but the questions were on obscure details relating to those main topics. Also, the BLaw questions were not worded anything like the review material. SIMS were confusing and the way mine were set up if you got 1 part of a question wrong, the entire thing would be wrong. I walked in very confident about what I knew, and left exam limping. )-:

Hello, this is my first time to post here. I am waiting on FAR which I took on Feb 28 in Alabama. My CPA story is kind of depressing, but for some reason I want to share. I have actually passed all 4 sections, but I lost credit for BEC and Audit (both of which I passed on the first try originally) because I couldn't pass REG. After losing those credits, I passed REG on the next try and BEC (again on the first try), but I made back to back 74s on AUD which caused me to lose my FAR credit. The next time I took AUD I made an 87. So now I am back to 3 parts passed with 1 to go. I have been at this for 3 years. The upside to the story is that I will graduate with a MBA from UA in May. Anyway, like I said I just wanted to share that for anyone who is interested. Good luck on whatever results you guys are waiting for.

I thought the SIMS were horrible this time! Just like you say. I felt more confident and more preprared going into REG this time than I have for any of the other sections or when I took REG before, and I came out feeling worse than ever before. Going into the exam, I didn't think it would be easy, but I definitely just felt as prepared as I could be. Definitely felt like I could pass. Not so coming out of the exam! To me, the Sims were brutal.

I just wanted to bring this tidbit to everyone's attention, as I think it's quite pertinent to our current situation! It's from the “5 things to do after passing the CPA exam” article on A71 (which you should read if you haven't already).

The number 4 thing you should do after passing the CPA exam is “pour a cup of coffee and reflect upon the irony of the AICPA testing the concepts of timeliness and real time data processing.”

I should have prepared well for REG on the 2010 3rd qtr…

As other might think, I feel REG in this year is quite harder than one in last year..

Honestly, I feel bad that I got fair MCQs which could mean I messed up my MCQs.

I think it would be good signal if you feel MCQs are harder, because it could refer you got harder one based on your performance on the first set.

BTW, I need to pass REG because I am gonna miss credits of AUD & FAR after 31th day of March… 🙁

I dreamed I got pass letter with mid of 80s last weekend. I hope it would be happen within this week!

Linday, because tax is my weakest area I studied extremelay hard for it. Harder than I did for FAR or BEC. I felt so prepared. I was riding to work with my boss (Group Controller) and the VP of manufacturing and they couldn't belive how much tax info I knew. Made me feel even more confident when my boss would say that's not right and we'd look it up and I was correct. I was also helping a co worker of mine who is working on REG using Becker which also boosted my confidence. I felt ready. I got to the test and got destroyed. How do you study sooo freaking hard and still walk out of a test feeling like you didn't know $#%@? I sat in my car in the parking lot for 20 min going through all the info i knew that I didn't see on the test and all the info I thought I knew but was asked the 5% I didn't know. Total nightmare.

just spoke to a candidate service rep at Nasba, she said all scores are being released at the end of March. When I asked her the exact date, was it March 30th or 31st, she continued to say all scores would be released at the end of March…and that's what they were told to say. Wth….I CANNOT wait that long:(

If Jeff comes back and agrees with these announcements I might just have to stay away from anything that has to do with CPA exam scores until then. =( even this thread because I feel like my anxiety grows each day and I need to get back on to studying AUD without having BEC on the back of my mind… Curse AICPA score release process..
