@syakoub: Oasis is the page you get to when you click on “my application” on your state page. If your Oasis page has been updated recently and says something like “scores have been received and are being transferred”, then the Ohio-loophole should work.

For herbert and me, our oasis page has not been updated (it dates back to Feb) so the loophole wont work for us yet as our scores have not been released.

Alabama NASBA is unresponsive, which is either an indication that people are checking scores, or they are being uploaded. So that could be a good sign? thought id post this, now back to work.

Ok, how about the last testing window. Was anyone in a slow NASBA state able to re-register before they actually saw their failing score?

Yes, if it lets you register for FAR (only section released so far) and you are in an OLD NASBA State, that's bad news, most likely
