no_life you are my HERO…success isn't about winning the first time, its about knowing how to brush yourself off after you get knocked down and get back to it. My AUDscore was a 49 for Nov. Good times…….
@studying mike, Congrats!!! A score of 95 is amaaaazing! I have found that the worst I score on the Wiley practice exams and MCQs, the better I do on the actual exam…which makes no sense really, but true in my case. When I say worst, I mean in the high 60's to mid 70's. The only time I was scoring high 80's to high 90's was on Auditing annnnnnd I failed it the first go around.
I AM DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 75 on FAR…close call! Just about had a heart attack when I saw my score. I am so glad to be done, but I am a little sad too. Is this normal? The exam has been a huge part of my life for so long, I feel like a little piece of me has died.
No, audit expires on October 2011. Does this work for candidates registered in other states as well?. I am registered in Virginia. However, not surprised if I failedREG.
Does anyone else who took BEC this window feel that had the exam contained more calculations as in previous windows, they would have passed without a doubt this go around? I heard about how important knowing formulas etc. was on BEC so I had them down solid and noticed not as many calculation problems as people had in previous windows. And lets be honest, as CPAs do we really need to know all the small details about IT that's included in the BEC review material? I mean, when are we going to be asked about super computers, microcomputers etc.? I understand there are some things about IT that we must know but BEC does overkill which in my opinion is a way for the AICPA to screw over candidates thus keeping the passing rate very low.
