keeptrying, I don't know why! but they charge a lot of money for this crappy service, I really want to be done with this asap.

Allyson—I'm with ya on the studying part. I took BEC on 2/7 and I feel like it's been 6 months. I have forgotten soooooo much. I've got to study for REG, so I guess I'll push BEC back to the next testing period. Gosh, I hate BEC!!!!!!!

candya—I know what you're going through. I cried Tuesday night when I received my failing score (2nd time). I hurts & and it hurts BAD. I wanted to throw my books where the sun doesn't shine and destroy my laptop, but think about this…..what will you do 3 – 6 weeks from now. You will regret giving up. Think about how happy you will be once you pass all four sections. You've got to overcome this bump in the road, get back up and start again. You can do this!!!!!

P.S. Remember to tell me this next scoring when I fail another section. LOL!!!!

@manda – no I don't test in Madison unless I absolutely have to…I lean toward the other testing center in the state. And of course I also hit up the cheesecake factory before I head home. I mean for a 2+ hour drive to take a 3 hours test, cheesecake is non-negotiable.

I actually feel somewhat comforted by the fact that everyone's scores disappeared and not just mine. I think I seriously ruffled some feathers at NASBA this morning. I didn't intend to ruffle them quite as much as I did- in fact, in the past my emails to NASBA have never gotten a response, so I wasn't expecting to get both a phone call and an email from them.

I wrote an additional note in response trying to express why I think candidates are so angry about how this process works and made some suggestions on how I think they could improve communication to candidates.

I don't know whether to feel bad for ruining someone's day or feel happy that someone finally listened to my complaints after all this time. I think right now it's a little bit of both.

    AUD - 92
    FAR - 73, 82
    REG - 72, 82
    BEC - 84 DONE!!!!!! πŸ™‚

I don't think they have any idea at this point. My guess would be that they'll show up tonight at the “usual” time. This same thing happened last summer during score release. They told everyone all day that they were working on it, they were taking extraordinary steps to get the information out. At the end of all that, it posted at the same old 9:00pm time, which was after the promised 48 hours.

So either they are being dishonest (which I was assured was not the case, FWIW) or their IT system for the “old NASBA” states is so effed up it can't handle anything other than the standard 9pm release.

    AUD - 92
    FAR - 73, 82
    REG - 72, 82
    BEC - 84 DONE!!!!!! πŸ™‚

    Hi All

I would like to share my experience of CPA journey

In all I have attempted 16 time for CPA exam in last 2.5 years, got score of 4 times 74's and , gone thru frustration after getting each failing score, but, I kept going and adopted different study plans to get success in exam. Finally, in Feb 11 I passed my final exam and was able to complete CPA journey

I would like to advice to people who have scored in 74's, that please do not loose your confidence and keep going and work towards achieving your goal, ofcourse your hard work & determination is required, I am sure if I can pass this exam, mean you all can pass CPA exam. CPA is doable, so please put little more effort change your study plan and attack the exam, definatly you will get the success

    All the best

    BEC ,REG, AUD - Passed
    FAR- Feb 11- 77 Passed
    Finally Done
    Ethics- 95

For those of you paying attention, Patricia Hartman who posted on FB that IT is working on the issue is the Director of CPAES Operations at NASBA. That was who called and emailed me earlier. So it's nice to know that that an actual director is personally contacting people about it and paying attention to what is going on.

    AUD - 92
    FAR - 73, 82
    REG - 72, 82
    BEC - 84 DONE!!!!!! πŸ™‚
