@cpaisme, we can't be too far off on our theories because why else would it take this long to grade a MCQ exam? They have to be pulling numbers out of a hat or throwing darts at candidate numbers in order to decide who will in fact pass.
@rstanton, I'm glad I'm not the only one who interpreted it that way.
The latest a tweet etc has gone out by NASBA regarding a score release has been around 6:00 EST, correct? I just wanna know what time I can give up all hope of a score release today.
Does anybody else study while in busy season? I have tried some studying but just can't stomach it because of all the other chores I have to get done when I get home late at night.
Wouldn't be that bad if my wife wasn't in her busy season as well.
BTW, for all Club 75 members, I am revising the score release drinking game. Every time someone posts a quote from the ILBOA website regarding score releases, DOUBLE DRINK!!!
If they don't release scores today then I may have to reconsider becoming an attorney instead of a CPA. About 75% of the bar exam is based on written parts meaning it requires a human grader to read through lengthy essays for each candidate and yet candidates get their results in a little over 2 months after sitting for the exam. Oh and the pass rate is 80% (at least for Colorado). Maybe AICPA should learn a few things from the boards that administer the bar exams.
