I am so sorry. I feel horrible, too. I got 74 on my 4th attempt. BEC is monster…. I do not know what to do. Any advice anyone? I studied using BECKER for all my BEC prep
443 in MA still waiting…i see all of you guys passing and i get hopeful and then not passing and i freak out…this is rough…especially when i see Charlie lose reg (sry Charlie!) and know that i lose aud if i fail this one…hurry up nasba!
nooooooooooooo : ( This is devastating for me. Please don't give up on this dream, Allyson. I'm sad now and my words aren't probably the wiser ones but I feel so shocked right now, I really wanted you to pass. That being said, don't let those fools of the AICPA let you down, instead crush them next window and I will be here to watch your greatness.
Not to be the sobster, but this hurts sooooo bad. It really makes you start questioning “is it worth it”? What in the heck am I doing wrong? I've studied Yaeger & their cram twice!!! I DO NOT know what else to do.
I have tons of note cards & I have used Wiley & Gleim for additional MQ's. My hands are in the air. I'm open for ANY and all pointers b/c obviously I'm dumb as hell or don't know how to study. π
@CPACandidate- the only thing I can offer is that I've heard that Yaeger isn't the best on the BEC section. If you want to try another text, try Gleim- it has about twice as many pages and I had good luck with it once before (expired because I never took the rest of my exams).
Just saw Charlie's score—huge bummer. Weird how these forums work—I find myself feeling your guy's pain whenever you don't pass, as I know what an investment this exam is on so many levels.
When I first started this badboy Charlie was going by a different name—I believe CPAwannabe—and I remember she was having trouble passing FAR but finally did after much persistence….I became a fan back then and have no doubt that she will slay this beast eventually—wish it couldve been today.
