sorry about the bad news, cpacandidate! totally know the feeling especially after having tests expire but i guess u get to a point where u spend so much time studying that ur like eff it i'm finishing this
My friends and family keep asking me why I'm not out celebrating tonight or why I'm not still jumping around like a giddy school girl and I think it's because all of us who pass or even fail, feel for those who rec'd failing scores. Yes, I am very happy to be done w/this beast forever, but my heart aches for those on here who didn't get the news today that they were hoping and worked so hard for. I don't mean to get all sappy, but thought I'd let ya'll know that we all feel for one another regardless if it's excitement over a passing score or sadness over a failing score.
78 in NY…#443… I got a 67 last time and i thought this exam was alottttttt better pertaining to the types of questions I got. Just squeaked by. If i didn't pass this time I'd be going at it for a long time. A lot to do with luck and the types of questions you get.
@rstanton, I'm not sure it has fully sunk in for me and it probably won't for another few days.
@cpacandidate, was this your 2nd section to ever fail? Don't give up or lose hope…move on to REG that you have scheduled in April and then once you have passed all the other sections come back to BEC and give it another go. BEC is hard for us because it goes beyond what we learned in our Accounting major courses. It's like trying to teach a chemist how to do accounting…okay, maybe not THAT extreme, but pretty dang close! Keep your head up!
