It appears that the 11% of REGscores not released by the AICPA were of those candidates who took the test at the very end of the window. I took mine 2/28. When did everyone else take theirs?
I'm just going to NOT have my hopes up that any scores (or AUD at least) will be released today. Then, if something like December where BEC and AUD were both released in the same day happens, I'll be pleasantly surprised.
This whole process really wouldn't have been such a PITA nor would it cause such high tension (especially on GoingConcern) if AICPA/NASBA had JUST A TAD MORE transaparancy. I wouldn't be unproductive and pressing F5 everyday if I know exactly when I should expect the scores to be released, even if that's going to be March 31st for Jan/Feb window. But then again, I'm sure this issue was addressed a long time ago and AICPA/NASBA just decided that they need all the hits on their FB/twitter page, or that they just simply don't give a freak.
Wanted to let those in Indiana know that I just received my test score. The NASBA sight still says no score, but I did receive the email. This was my first exam attempt and I got a 68, what a motivation killer!

@Joey_JR: Exactly same situation with me. I took mine on 01.22.2011. I was scared to death this morning thinking that I might have failedREG. If everything said by IL SBOA is true, then I think, we will not have our scores until early Tuesday morning next week.
