    @rstanton3582. I recently graduated so there isnt really a way for me to study other than what I did in college. The worst part is I walked out of the test center feeling good about it. I scheduled FAR for May, the material is really hard so I hope i have enough time to get ready.

    I can't believe I forgot this from last time, but how quickly can ‘fast' NASBA states retrieve their scores after they are released by the AICPA? For some reason I thought it was w/in a few hours last time (Nov 10) but could be wrong. Really hoping for a BEC release tonight!

    @crazy..yes its a little different and I cant explain it….In school it is way more direct..like if I learn the standard deductions I will get tested on them in a manner that is more direct….with the CPA I had to start saying okay how can they ask me this question on this material..It is rarely direct. Yaeger CPA really did help me with that. Try to attack the material from as many different angles as possible…

    AUD - 74, 82 | REG - 82 | FAR - 76 |Ethics -98
    BEC - 71, 68, 81 (FINALLY DONE!!!!)
    TN NTS 443####

    I just got my score from Arizona on audit and I passed with an 81! I am now done, this website has been great. I didn't post much, but I “lurked” quite a bit. Thanks for all you do Jeff! This website is a great resource for candidates.

    @crazy1…….There is no real secret to passing this exam. The key is to do as many mcq's as possible. I used BISK and BECKER to study for FAR and was able to pass it on my first try (did over 1600 mcq's). All you can do is prepare to the best of your abilities and hope you get tested on stuff that you have seen. Because trust me when I tell you, if they want a canidate to fail the exam they will fail.

    AUD - 84 9/17/10
    FAR - 86 11/23/10
    BEC - 82 2/14/11 LA 445
    REG - SOON

    kja2011,

    Scores will start coming out pretty quickly and then the server crashes for a few hours. This goes on off and on all night. I'm expecting mine after midnight based on my NTS.

    Spectrum: That was not a dream. It was a crazy nightmare, like the ones in Elm Street. Where I was raised they say that if you dream about a weading in reality it will be a Funeral, and if you dream about a Funeral in reality it will be a weading, so let's hope this will apply in your case and you pass and it will not apply in my case and I will pass too.

    So everybody is happyyyy!!!

    Thank you @CharlieSheenGoddess. I guess I will be waiting a while too my NTS starts in 445. Going to feel like crap at work tomorrow or Wednesday whichever day they decide to release!

    @youcandoit, I'm sorry you didn't pass but I love your positive outlook. @keeptrying said it best, it's all about perseverance, don't give up. My trainer has this nice verse painted on the wall at the gym: Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. (James 1:12). There have been many times while studying on a Saturday night or even at the exam center when I will think of this verse and perseverance. I just hear my trainer saying ‘it's all about perseverance'. I think studying for an exam and taking it is a feat in and of itself regardless of the outcome so for everyone who has received a failing score this time around or before (me), congratulations for studying and taking this beast, be very proud of yourself!!!

    @everyone, I took a sick day today because yes, I'm still sick! Anywho, I'm on page 26 of the forum, so I'll be adding comments as I read through all the posts.

    Congrats to those who have waited soooo long for scores and received a passing score!!!

    =( CPA Prometric site close to me is filling up quick!!! they need to release these scores so I can re-register for BEC if I failed (I am pretty sure I did).. I am freaking out!! How can I possibly study for AUD like this??? If I failed and can't re register in time this is going to set me back so much…
