I can't stay away from this forum. The ups and downs…
@Gina, you're not on Club 75? Drink with me Monday night while we wait on our BECscores.
@Spectrum, Going Concern is trying to antagonize us to gets hits or something. If Adrienne is such a professional writer, how come she doesn't know her audience? Hello? She writes about the CPA exam but pisses of CPA exam candidates in the process.
I'm at work now trying to make up for doing nothing last week. Probably won't get much done Monday either. PLEASE release BEC Monday.
@Wannabe, my OASIS date changed when I checked this morning to 3/26/2011. I am a #443, can't re-register through Ohio, Michigan, New Jersey or Missouri. No score, I don't know if AICPA even released my score. Very discouraged because I thought I did well. I had only one simulation with about 6 tasks, 2 were research. I though I did much better than the first time I took REG…
@alohnes: I'm in Maine – a slow state. My understanding is that scores should release within 48 hours after NASBA releases. Not sure if weekends count??
I've only worked in transactional tax (no public experience) and used CPAexcel with Wiley online test bank for additional MCQ's. I also bought Jeff's Ninja notes and believe that helped a lot. I scored an 86 in REG taken 02/07/2011.
@Logan what is your NTS#? I'm in IL #442 and got mine an hour ago…hang in there they're probably still loading- unless they're pulling the same crap they pulled with REG and didn't release them all at once? I hope you get some good news today!
OK, I'm off to study for BEC. Good luck to everyone still waiting and congrats to those of you that passed! For those of you that didn't pass, hang in there- drink heavily tonight and get back on that horse tomorrow!
@Logan – yes I am giving up on my score today and going to get some beer! I have my bases covered – I was drinking if I passed, drinking if I failed and now I am drinking for the non-release!!!
Good luck to those waiting, congrats to those that passed and to those that didn't pass – be nice to yourself today and tomorrow and hit it hard again Monday!
@funnyorcpa I think you have to reapply for a re-examination through your state? I think it's just like applying to take the exam all over again (minus the credit eval.).
