@CPAMan I know how you're feeling. I thought I had placed my test perfectly within the window of Nov. 3 score releases but then someone brought it to my attention that the AICPA probably wouldn't receive my score by the 20th day of the window if I tested on the 19th. So, I'll be waiting with you until the end of November for our scores 🙁

@CPAhopefulTX How did you come to the conclusion that is takes a couple days for AICPA to receive the scores? I read through the forum again and I only saw people say its a couple days after release that it takes a person to receive their score from AICPA. I took mine on the 19th too, thinking it was the perfect time. I am going to be royally bummed if I am waiting until the 21st.

well I figured if the AICPA stressed that date in window means date the AICPA receives your score then that means that day is different than the day you tested. At least one day right? I'm not sure.

I took mine on the 20th specifically because the AICPA has released a chart saying that for day 1-20 in the testing window the target release date timeline would be 10 business days following day 20 of the testing window or November 3. I'm still hoping for an early (pre November 3) release…

I took mine on the 10th so I should get mine on the 3rd, but from what it sounds like, if you took it on or before the 20th, the AICPA will release your scores to NASBA on Nov 3rd, regardless of when they received the info from the testing center. I have a feeling that they will release scores continuously. For example, I can see them releasing some scores Nov 3, some the 4th and some the 7th if you tested on or before the 20th. I highly doubt they will be able to release all the scores in one day, just because they had SOOOOO many different releases the last window. I was in the 4th release for BEC last window. It was not fun! I could be completely wrong, but that is just the impression I got.

    FAR- 75

I finally broke down and checked online to see if my score was posted knowing very well that I have better chances of being slapped by a monkey during a shark attack in the middle of the desert in a lightning storm than seeing a score

I'm still praying that the AICPA will surprise us and release scores early like they did last window.

Are you saying you've never been slapped by a monkey during a shark attack in the middle of the desert in a lightning storm? That's odd…

am I the only one who DREADS Nov 3? I don't even want to know how I did, already studying for round 4. Its funny because I am the “dreamer” type who normally can close her eyes and just envision my reaction of finding out I passed the exam and who I would tell first.

Not this time, haven't even entertained the idea. Just another day on this journey.

mla- I can totally understand where you're coming from. It's like the slight probability of finding out you failed isn't worth giving up the possibility that you passed even though looking could very well confirm the possibility that you are done done done!

The funny thing is the ONLY two times I've felt this devastated before finding out scores are for the two exams I passed the first time. I am hoping that trend holds up somehow.
