Hi everyone, it’s the fifth business day after score release and I still have no report on SSO and I called NASBA, they transferred me to the “coordinator” and nobody answered the phone just left a voice mail, I doubt they’ll call back. I am with one of the few states that don’t have a NASBA Central account so I need that report, need advice, should I keep calling? Is there anyone not receiving their report yet either?

I have not received mine either. I usually get it the following day.

Me too, I usually get it one or two days after score release, it's never been this long. NASBA says it should be available within five business days after score release, today is the fifth day and still nothing in my account.

hi Guys,

if you are talking about the report that nasba send to you after the score release that show your performance in each area. i dont think they send it any more just login to the bew gateway and you will find an eye sign click on it you will find the report

Yes that report is what we are talking about, I checked my gateway and there is no eye sign click under “view score form”, that column is blank.

Hi guys, I emailed NASBA this morning and my report is now available on Gateway, so if you haven't received yours try email NASBA, they should send it to you soon, thanks for the advice and help!

It is called view score form
3 coloums after the score cell. I took a screenshot,but couldnt upload it

I received my score report notification email twice. The same score report is there with two different dates. I guess the new gateway is still under testing.
