New exam score releasing dilemma – Please help!

I have passed BEC and REG but my REG is expiring on 7/5/2017. I am taking AUD and FAR in Q2 (not ready to take in Q1). Since the score release is going to be 10-week long, it is going to be later than my REG expiration date. If I pass these two, I’m sure I will be good. But if I don’t? Does that mean I will have to take REG again?

Anyone in the same situation? Please give advice. Thank you!

I heard that state boards are aware of the delay leading us waste a window, so I am sure and also read some articles that they will do something about it.

I just got back from the State BOA and they said they are working with NASBA on a resolution for making exceptions for certain individuals impacted by this. So hopefully they will announce something soon! Thanks for your help 🙂

I also heard about calling your board and they might give you some kind of extension.
Also, keep in mind that it doesn't matter when you receive your scores. It matters when you actually sat for the exams. So if you take both sections before 7/25 and you pass, then it doesn't matter that you wont be actually getting your score until August.

What @Jia2705 is saying, is if both those are taken in Q2, the score will be released after credit expires, so won't be able to test in Q3 before 7/25

That's right. So an update is that the State BOA also said they will consider giving another testing window to candidates in this situation.

As they should, but what's banana land is that if you failed in April, you would basically have a 6 month period of not testing since you would have to take in October or November. That is, unless you want to stay current from April until end of august and hope there is a testing seat available at prometric the last week of August. But I won't complain about this if they do the right thing and give you another window. Long story short, just pass now!
