Hello fellow NC candidates! I am waiting on my final score…REG. Scores for me typically arrive in the mail about 10 days after the release date. It would be nice if the NCCPA Board would at least give you the last score over the phone or via email. Anyway, just wondering how my fellow NC candidates are holding up as the scores begin to roll in.

Got my AUD score on Saturday. I guess I'll be getting my FAR score tomorrow. I am 99.9% sure I failed. I got really sick the two weeks before the test and was working 50 hours a week and barely studied at all. I was randomly picking answers after an hour.

I hate that it takes us forever to get our scores! It is demoralizing and stressful!

NCEKK you have done so well on the other sections! Even if you do fail you have still done very very well. Hopefully that's not the case though. 🙂 Keep us posted. It is very tough waiting so long when you see everyone else posting scores.

I've lost it. I ran down two mail trucks in my neighborhood this morning to see if they had my letter. One told me it was on the third truck which I did not see on my way to work. Very nervous about this one. I studied hard but I'm not sure if it was enough.

I can't wait to see everyone's results come in.

For what it is worth–NC website says REG mailed today. Talked to someone in NC and the reasons the message was changed from telling people to call Phyllis were that 1) Phyllis did not make the decision about the grades being mailed; 2) Phyllis and the receptionist (Vanessa?) were overwhelmed with calls and emails and couldn't give an answer other than to say that it is the board's policy; and 3) the only people who have any control over that decision are the members of the board itself and the way to let them know that a change is needed is through the people who work for the board.

Ugh, failed FAR with a 73. Stinks to be so close, yet so far! Oh well, try again in November!

Sorry that you have to take it again but at least that is a respectable score. Mine has not come yet can you believe it? Do to budget cuts the mail trucks in my neighborhood have been rerouted so yet again maximum wait time.

I just want it to come already. Even if it is failing. It is 4 pm and the post office says they have until 6 to deliver mail.

How long has it been taking for people to receive their scores after they are listed as mailed? I'm waiting anxiously for my REG score and wondering if it's possible that I will receive it tomorrow.

It only took one day for me to get mine. That's from Raleigh to Asheboro. And it was postmarked for the date the website indicated (better be!)

Can you help me? Our scores are similar. My FAR score was 67. What I am most perplexed about is in terms of multiple choice questions I was scored comparable in 3 areas, stronger in 1, and weaker in one. Then on the bottom my overall multiple choice performance was weaker. How is that possible?

The area I was scored weaker I felt like I knew like the back of my hand. Very troubled by this.

What did your back sheet look like.

Anyone have input on this? Very confused.

folgersnyourcup Congratulations! That is a great score.

I wish the Board had to produce your exam. I just don't understand how I could have missed any of those Governmental questions let alone been scored weaker. It shakes my confidence in the whole process. How could I be that wrong. The questions where almost word for word from my study material.

If I could I would put myself in a cave for 6 months and declare war on that exam.

You can see your exam but it costs $400. As much as I would love to do that I think it would be a waste of money. Did anyone have trouble with Prometric finding their exam on the screen after the exam? They could not find my exam on the screen but one of the employees said that even though they could not see it that it was there. I'm sure all that password entering keeps your exam labeled your exam….right?

Still can't understand the feedback given on Governmental.

Momof4 – My performance report actually is right on the money for me. I was comparable in the areas I felt stong in during the test and weaker in the areas that tripped me up. Although I felt really confident in the written communications, my report actually just shows comparable but I was weaker in multiple choice. I flagged like 10 questions in each testlet so next time I'm hoping to flag no more than 4 or 5. It seems completely absurd that your report shows you were weaker in only one area and then weaker in multiple choice. That makes absolutely no sense. I think FAR and REG are the ones that throw people off so bad because no one can understand the grading process. I'm sorry you didn't pass but you will kill it next time. That is a tough one.
