Looloo, here in KY, if you did not pass a test, they provide a candidate performance report stating weaker, comparable, and stronger by content area, and at the same by item type (between MCQs & SIMs). However, if you pass, this report is not provided at all.
Since you passed, perhaps same procedure is applied in GA. Ask your state board office for clarification. Some states provide regardless you pass or not.
