SOooo bummed right now. I just checked my score for my retake in AUD and did not pass. I got a 66. This is my first part of the CPA exam.

I need your opinions, should I start with FAR first. I have heard that FAR lends itself to the rest of the exam. I had 3 SIMS that were all financial task based questions. OR should I go for my 3rd try on AUD? I swear I thought I had at least a 77! There's no turning back, I am fully committed.

Background: I work full time for a public company and set my study schedule for 5-830pm at my local library and then on the weekends from about 9/10am – 7pm. I am using Becker supplemented with Ninja Combo and Wiley test bank.

PASSED BEC 89

NTS BEC in NH 533 — took the exam at 5pm on 2/28 and done at 8pm

I am done!

FAR – 82, AUD – 91, REG – 86, BEC – 89

4 up, 4 down no retakes.

Onto the job hunt.

Jimmy Choo, I had been advised to take FAR first after I had started studying for audit. I stopped Audit and started FAR. I failed FAR twice.Went on to pass AUDIT with an 85, REG, and currently waiting on BEC while I restudy for FAR. It is my opinion that it is easier to learn the things that are common to FAR in other sections in bite size pieces rather than trying to learn a 1500 page manual right out of the starting gate. IMHO
