@TheTruthShallSetUFree, I called and asked to talk to the same person. After like 15 minutes they finally connected me to her. I told her a similar story, but changed the details a little bit to make the story believable. She was really nice and seemed pretty genuine. She told me she would do what she could, but made no guarantees because the decision wasn't in her hands.
I mentioned in passing that there are probably 10,000 other people who would love to know there scores too, and she asked me to keep this on the down low, so out of respect to her I won't share any more details about who I talked to.
