    I meet a problem. From 9/19 to today,I have tried to log in my SSO account several times. I could not log in it every time but I can receive the email…I met【internal server error 500】.
    I called NASBA,but they just let me change the password. It didn‘t worked. Is anyone know what can I do now………

    Try a different browser.
    Try your old password and then try to go through the steps to create a new password.
    NASBA can be browser picky sometimes. What browser are you using? Popups blocked?
    I just tried to log in to CPA Central using my saved username/password combo via Firefox, no issue.

    I tried another browser Firefox…and also changed my password. But It didn't work… and the website shows me:【Internal Server Error 500,An unexpected error has occurred.】
    Is anyone met this solution before can tell me how to do now?Thanks……

    You need to contact your state coordinator, they will be able to research your issue and come up with a solution. The 500 error is most likely due to missing information in your application, so normal troubleshooting methods will not work.

    I got contact with the NCD of NASBA……but he also just let me change password,re-register my account……I didn't work!!I am feeling desperate…

    When I get the error, in the web address I delete everything after the *.org and hit enter. Usually this works for me.
