agree! same boat, I felt way more confident coming out of FAR. I was expecting to see a passing grade for that one. with BEC..who really knows. like ala72 said, if the ones I guessed on were pretest..i have a chance.

Also, went home after the exam to look up an answer and got it wrong so by now I have accepted failure and wont be surprised, reworked my game pan for the exams and penciled in BEC retake after AUD in January and then REG late Feb

Is it bad that I feel like I am more or less guessing on all CPA tests? It's like my confidence goes out the window. I thought I was guessing on a bunch on AUD but I still got an 85, so we will see. Good luck to everyone, I hope every one of you passes.

I am also waiting for my BEC score and thought it was really difficult. If I don't pass I'll have to retake FAR. Not sure how time can move so slowly!!

CI2014, I'm with you the test was extremely difficult. It could just be the protest questions that made it seem that way since there was tons of material I had never seen before.

I'm sorry I must be ignorant, what are these ‘pretest' questions you speak of? Are they test questions to see if they want to throw them into the rotation?

I believe BEC has 12 questions that are pretest and don't count while FAR has 15 of those questions.

Taking two tests in the same window is a pretty good idea. That way, if you pass at least one you can be like, “I failed this one, BUT I passed the other!!!” haha
