I've decided it's poorly written code. They checked it at NASBA, and it worked fine there, but they didn't have anyone in a different time zone make sure it worked correctly there, too.

It's still 11pm here in Nashville. The counter says they'll be avaliable on November 4th CST which is in one hour. Iat they're not up then they'll be up in the morning….. Or what if the counter expires and they're still not up?

I'm surprised scores didn't come today too. I thought it was an empty threat! On the last release, with the infamous system crash, I received my REG score at 10pm PST on the day prior of the official date. However I wonder if the scores had already been loaded into the system and it was just a matter of keeping the system up for people to access them.

The 8 AM score release makes less sense than doing it randomly during the day! If they aren't out tonight I'll be shocked if at 8 AM they're imidiately accessible. We already know what happens when it hits zero – it goes to a white screen that says scores are here
