@kickass–Use the emotion you have right now towards REG. I failed 2 exams and came back with 20 and 18 point increases. It is not over for you. Don't give up. Just keep pushing!!!

I didn't pass REG 🙁 I thought I bagged this, especially after manageable SIMS. I got a 63! Just want to cry 🙁

I'm done!!! I honestly thought I had zero chance of passing my last exam, and if I didn't I was going to start losing sections. Such a relief it's finally over!

@kickass – I've been there and it's such an awful feeling. The first time I took FAR I got a 74. The second time I took it I got a 64. WTF?! The third time I took it I got an 83 and I left the test center almost hyperventilating because I felt so overwhelmed and knew there was absolutely no chance I passed.

I know it hurts, but be sad, be pissed off and give it another go…you can do this!

Passed AUD with a 92!! Thank you Jeff!! Your notes were a god sent!!

    My study method:

Cpaexcel – taking notes on Jeffs notes throughout the course

Wiley test bank-used this partially because the questions were easy and not helpful

Since I went though them 2 times already in prior failings

    Cpareviewforfree over 600 free questions

Reviewed notes(encompassing all of the things learned in course and questions) and listened to audios twice at the end

Passed!!! Lots of long study hrs!!

    BEC-78

    REG-80

    AUD-92

FAR-2/6-14-Last one and I'm done in the name of Jesus!!!

@kickass–For FAR I read half of the Wiley book and then just pounded Wiley MCQ. I also used the Ninja notes. I converted the Ninja Notes to a Word document and added my own notes to it as I went through the MCQ. I also listened to the Ninja Audio. Ninja MCQ wasn't out then or I would have gotten those instead of Wiley. One thing that helped me on both FAR and REG was being very active in the study group threads on this forum. If I didn't understand something, someone was there to explain it to me. We quizzed a lot and pushed each other and encouraged each other. It was instrumental and I can't stress it enough. Go back and take a look at the Q2 FAR Study group and the Q4 REG study group threads. You will see what I'm talking about. Make sure you read all the information links when you go through the MCQ and make sure you practice SIMS. The SIMS are always harder on the real exam but the MCQ is very comparable. Knowing the MCQ can help make or break you on the SIMS. I also suggest sticking with one exam until you pass it. Jumping between exams sets you back because you lose the knowledge you gained by putting another exam in between two takes. Asking for advice means you are already on the right path to thinking about your retake instead of wallowing about the fail. That is the best thing you can do right now. You've got this!!! Kill REG. There is nothing you can do about FAR right now. Kill REG in Q1!!!

I don't really clock my hours, but i would say I put in close to 200 hours for FAR.

@cpa mommy you are awesome and an inspiration..Do you mind sharing what you would do if you were me? Failed Reg 68 lost credit for Audit..MUST be done before June. Have not studied Audit since I passed in June 13 but i work in an audit firm.

Think I should Concentrate on REG and sit individual or try to knock em outin the same window. Reg content seems beastly and very broad

74 on REG. It's like a really bad dream. So close to be finished, yet the studying will have to continue. Pretty bummed out about now..

    AUD- 84 8/2014
    BEC- 83 8/2014
    FAR- 85 10/2014
    REG- 74! 11/2014; 88 2/2015
    Sweet revenge for that 74.
